Mobile RV repair · Sun City Center, FL
A mobile repair business has no storefront for Google to point to, so we listed his service area town by town, on the page and in schema.org labels Google reads. We answered the 22 questions RV owners actually ask, because those are the same questions people now put to AI assistants. Photos are in modern formats (AVIF and WebP) so the page loads quickly on a phone, and his Google Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile are set up in his name.
Internet radio station
Thousands of DJ sets can't be kept current by hand, so a small database (Python and SQLite) rebuilds every set and DJ page each night. Streams can drop, so the servers check on themselves and restart a stream on their own. Whatever is on air links to its own page with the tracklist, and a Discord bot lets the community upload sets and tune in right from chat.
Live stream site
A live stream happens on the streaming platform, not on the website, so the site asks Velora and YouTube for the latest itself. A small PHP script on the server does the asking through their APIs, so the page stays current without anyone touching it. The rest is custom-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Event DJ & live streamer · Phoenix, AZ
DJs live on Twitch, not on their website, so we connected his site to Twitch and RaidPal. When he goes live, the stream shows up on his site, and scheduled streams fill in his show list with a countdown to the next one. His bio, mixes and reviews stay as he wrote them, and his shows are labeled as events so Google can understand them.
Twitch music team
A large DJ team changes all the time, so the site keeps its own lineup. Every few minutes it pulls who is live, the team list and upcoming events from the Twitch Helix and RaidPal APIs and saves them in simple JSON files. Members and fans always see the current picture, and nobody has to maintain a roster by hand.

Yes. Your domain name, your hosting account, the site files, and your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts are all set up in your name. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
Most small business sites only change a few times a year, so most clients send us the change and we make it. If you need to update things often, tell us at the start and we will plan the site around that.
AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. More people now ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Siri or Google's AI answers for a recommendation instead of scrolling through search results. AEO means writing and labeling your site so those tools understand your business and can name you in their answer.
Yes. We set up hosting with a reliable host and connect your domain and the padlock (HTTPS) certificate. The hosting account is in your name, so the site stays yours.
Website builders are a fine way to start, but they load a lot of extra code, you rent the site instead of owning it, and they are hard to move away from. A custom-built site loads fast, lets us set every hidden label exactly right for Google and AI, and is yours to keep.
